City of Hampton's Hampton Parks, Recreation & Leisure Services seeks motivated candidates to assist players at Woodlands Golf Course. Player Assistants monitor flow, enforce on‑course rules, answer inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction from a golf cart.

Part‑time position with rotating schedule, no night shifts. Training provided. Must be 18+, pass background check. Knowledge of golf preferred, but all are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Experience / knowledge of golf operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor course flow and pace of play.
• Courteously enforce on-course rules and regulations.
• Attend to player inquiries and needs.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from a golf cart.
