Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician to maintain golf course greens, fairways, and related surfaces in our community. You will operate equipment, vehicles, and support teams to keep the course attractive and compliant with safety standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliability, and about 1 year of landscape or golf maintenance experience. Physical fitness to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior landscape maintenance or golf course maintenance experience (plus but not required).
• Possess a general understanding of golf course maintenance (plus but not required).
• Valid Driver's License is required and must be current.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
• Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Occupations: 1 year (Required).

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and utility vehicles used on the golf course.
• Maintains greens, tees, and surrounding surfaces to high standards.
• Monitors grounds for a pleasant appearance and safe operation.
• Supports mowing, edging, and weed control tasks.
• Washes, fuels, and performs basic maintenance on equipment.
• Follows safety procedures and uses PPE as designated.
