Job summary

Invited is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support daily Golf Course Maintenance operations and irrigation management. You will help with turfgrass and plant material, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance under the Superintendent.

You will schedule irrigation, coordinate chemical treatments, train staff, and help manage equipment and safety programs. Strong leadership and agronomic knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Golf Course Maintenance.
• Current State Pesticide Applicators License or license within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with agronomic direction for grasses, trees, and wetlands.
• Coordinate chemical applications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee crew scheduling and task assignment.
• Provide hands-on training in skills, operations, and safety (OSHA).
• Maintain and safely operate golf course equipment.
• Support maintenance programs and participate in meetings.
