Job summary

Invited is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support daily golf course maintenance operations, including turfgrass care, irrigation, regulatory compliance, and record-keeping. You will help manage crews, train staff, and maintain equipment as part of a dynamic hospitality-focused club portfolio.

The role emphasizes safety, environmental stewardship, and collaboration with management to uphold the high standards across Invited clubs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Golf Course Maintenance.
• Current State Pesticide Applicators License or must obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide agronomic direction for healthy growth of grasses and plant material on the golf course and clubhouse grounds.
• Coordinate chemical treatments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in supervising crew scheduling and task assignments.
• Train employees in technical skills, operations, and safety per OSHA standards.
• Ensure safe use and maintenance of golf course equipment.
• Help implement maintenance programs and participate in management meetings.
