Pelican Lakes Golf Club in Windsor, CO, seeks an Assistant Golf Superintendent to lead hands-on maintenance across a 27-hole facility. You will oversee daily course care, irrigation systems, and equipment while supporting the Superintendent with agronomic planning and staff supervision.

The role requires 3–5 years in golf course maintenance with strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness. Weekend flexibility and a valid driver’s license are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years as Assistant Superintendent or lead Turf Tech, with turf management experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, seasonal maintenance schedules.
• Interview, hire, and supervise maintenance staff.
• Supervise greens, tees, fairways, and cart paths maintenance.
• Calibrate and apply pesticides; recordkeeping.
