The Bay Club Company in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain the golf course and clubhouse grounds. Responsibilities include landscaping duties, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of landscaping experience and demonstrate a professional, friendly demeanor while working independently or as part of a team.

This position is responsible for maintaining the golf course and clubhouse grounds. Associates are expected to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

Skills & Knowledge – Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures; effectively present information and respond to questions from children, managers, associates, members, and the general public. Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Physical demands include regularly sitting, standing, using hands and fingers, handling or feeling, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing, occasionally walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The associate must frequently lift and move up to 80 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
$17.75 – $22.00 per hour
