Cragun's Resort in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Player Assistant for Cragun’s Legacy Courses. You are the first contact for golfers, providing a friendly, helpful welcome, managing pace of play, and sharing course information to ensure a smooth, enjoyable round.

Join our team to support on-course needs, assist with events, and elevate every golfer’s experience. Prior golf or customer service is a plus, but reliability, flexibility, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and customer service oriented.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by anticipating golfers' needs and addressing concerns.
• Welcome and greet golfers at the tee box and ensure they are ready to tee off on time.
• Manage pace of play and monitor course for delays or disruptions.
• Assist with course navigation and provide information about layout, holes, and rules.
• Assist with on-course needs, questions, and equipment issues.
• Support tournaments and events to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle requests or complaints and escalate to management when needed.
