Cragun’s Legacy Courses is seeking an Outside Service Attendant to be the face of our operation, greeting golfers and ensuring a memorable visit. You will handle bags, carts, the driving range, and club care while assisting guests with directions and event details.

Flexible hours include weekends and holidays; prior golf or customer service experience is a plus. This on-site role at Cragun's offers resort discounts, dining perks, and golf benefits as part of employee advantages.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by anticipating and meeting guests' needs with a friendly demeanor.
• Greeting and Assisting Golfers: Welcome golfers, provide information, and address questions or requests.
• Bag Handling: Load/unload golf bags from vehicles and carts with care.
• Cart Management: Prepare, clean, charge, and stock golf carts with supplies.
• Range and Practice Area Management: Monitor driving range; ensure balls are stocked and area is organized.
• Club Cleaning and Storage: Clean clubs and store as needed.
• Providing Directions and Information: Answer questions about course layout, tee times, and Cragun’s Resort events.
• Event Support: Assist with tournaments or events, set up and address guest needs.
• General Facility Maintenance: Maintain outdoor areas, parking lots, paths, staging areas.

As an Outside Service Attendant at Cragun’s Legacy Courses, you are the face of our operation, setting the tone for every golfer’s experience. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to assist will help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. As the first and last point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring all golfers have a memorable visit to our golf facility.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by anticipating and meeting guests' needs with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Resolve any issues with professionalism to ensure a positive experience for all
• Greeting and Assisting Golfers: Welcome golfers as they arrive, provide them with necessary information, and assist with any questions or requests they may have
• Bag Handling: Load and unload golf bags from vehicles, carts, or staging areas for golfers, ensuring that their equipment is handled carefully
• Cart Management: Prepare and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, fully charged, and stocked with necessary supplies such as scorecards, tees, sand and seed, pencils, and towels
• Range and Practice Area Management: Monitor and maintain the driving range, ensuring it is stocked with balls, organized, and ready for use
• Club Cleaning and Storage: Clean golfers' clubs before and after rounds, ensuring they are stored properly if needed
• Providing Directions and Information: Answer golfers’ questions about course layout, tee times, amenities, and Cragun’s Resort, including events like the CRMC Championship
• Event Support: Assist with tournament or event preparations, ensuring smooth operations by setting up, helping with team assignments, and addressing guest needs
• General Facility Maintenance: Maintain clean and organized outdoor areas, including parking lots, paths, the staging area, and other common areas

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable handling physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Prior experience in golf or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A valid driver’s license is required for operating golf carts
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus
