Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Laborer in Arizona to perform routine manual tasks essential for golf course upkeep, including mowing, bunker maintenance, edging, and light equipment operation. You will assist in grading and plantings for new greens and tees, contributing to a high-quality playing surface.

Requirements include a high school diploma, plus preferred golf maintenance or landscaping experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior golf course maintenance or landscaping experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with operating light equipment (mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles).
• Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance.
• Mow greens, tees, and collars.
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers.
• Edge cart paths, bunkers, sprinkler heads, and drains.
• Operate light equipment for hauling materials and debris removal.
• Assist in construction of new greens, tees, and fairways by grading, soil preparation and planting.
