Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities seeks staff to operate golf cart storage, range and cart services for the season in Arizona. Responsibilities include assisting members with bags, delivering carts, and maintaining clean facilities.

The role requires good guest relations, strong communication, and reliability for evenings and weekends. Experience in golf programs is a plus; safety and operational procedures training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service mindset with ability to anticipate needs.
• Flexibility with evenings and weekends required.
• Read and interpret safety instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with golf bags, loading/unloading onto carts and bag storage.
• Provide carts to members/guests and return to storage after use.
• Retrieve and wash range balls; keep range area tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
