Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities in Arizona's El Mirage area is hiring a Golf Course Maintenance Laborer to keep our course in top condition. You'll mow greens, tees, collars, rake bunkers, edge cart paths, and assist with grading, soil prep, and planting for new greens.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior golf course maintenance or landscaping experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with operating light equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance.
• Mow greens, tees, collars.
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers.
• Edge cart paths, bunkers, sprinkler heads, and drains.
• Operate light equipment in hauling materials and removing debris.
• Assist in construction of new greens, tees, and fairways by grading, preparing soil and planting.
