Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Golf Course Greenskeeper to maintain the pristine condition and aesthetic appeal of our golf course. You will work with the groundskeeping team across mowing, edging, and construction tasks to ensure top-quality playing experiences for members and guests.

The role emphasizes durability, attention to detail, and collaboration with team members to meet high standards. A high school diploma and experience with golf course maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating riding mowers, tractors and other equipment used in golf course maintenance.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Engage in routine manual labor essential for golf course maintenance.
• Mow greens, tees, and collars to precise specifications to enhance playability.
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers to meet high standards.
• Edge cart paths, bunkers, sprinkler heads, and drains for tidiness and safety.
• Operate light equipment to transport materials and remove debris.
• Assist in construction of new greens, tees, and fairways through grading and planting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
