Job Summary

The F&B Attendant at Waynesville Inn & Golf is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests at our prestigious golf course. This part-time, hourly position requires an individual who is friendly, outgoing, and passionate about hospitality and the restaurant industry. You will be vital in creating a positive atmosphere for our guests.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $12 per hour plus tips, paid biweekly. Benefits include meal discounts, employee discounts at the pro shop, and complimentary golf privileges.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of turn house, outdoor dining areas, and beverage cart.
• Operate Betty (the golf cart) safely, recognizing approved paths and etiquette.
• Handle credit card transactions and charges to member accounts and hotel guest rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of menus; golf knowledge is a plus.
• Communicate effectively with team members for smooth service.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of F&B equipment and organize inventory.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
