Job summary

Invited Clubs in Gibsonia, PA, seeks an Assistant Mechanic to maintain and repair golf course equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure reliable operation of all course machinery.

You will assist the Head Mechanic and Equipment Manager, keep a clean workspace, document repairs, manage parts inventory, and participate in safety training and daily briefings. Outdoor work in varying weather is expected, with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with golf course equipment or small engine repairs.
• Hands-on experience with golf course maintenance equipment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance and repair of golf course equipment as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area for repairs.
• Document repairs and replacement part purchases as instructed.
• Assist in managing inventory of parts, petroleum products, and shop supplies.
• Notify supervisor when new or replacement equipment is needed.
• Help train grounds staff on safe operation of maintenance equipment.
• Ensure daily assignments are completed to club standards.
