Job summary

Invited is seeking a Head Mechanic to maintain and repair golf course equipment, ensuring reliability and high performance on our courses. You will oversee maintenance tasks, supervise mechanic assistants, and work under the Equipment Manager/Superintendent to uphold club standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in golf equipment repair and 2+ years hands-on experience with maintenance gear. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the role involves outdoor work and safety compliance on

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience repairing golf course equipment.
At least 2 years hands-on experience with various golf course maintenance equipment.
Knowledge of replacement parts, replacement supplies, and resources for upkeep.

Responsibilities

Assist with preventive maintenance and repair of all golf course maintenance equipment.
Repair and maintain golf course maintenance equipment under supervision.
Perform repair and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area for equipment repairs and storage.
Help manage inventory levels of parts, supplies, and petroleum products.
Document all equipment repairs and parts purchases accurately.
Assist in supervising, training, and scheduling tasks for mechanic assistants.
Provide recommendations on new or replacement capital equipment.
