Qualifications

• Proven experience as golf course equipment technician or small engine mechanic (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with reel grinding and proper mower setup.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair all golf course equipment including reels, mowers, tractors, and carts.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service to maximize lifespan and minimize downtime.
• Keep maintenance records for equipment, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Monitor fuel and fluid levels and order parts within budget.
• Ensure equipment is safe, clean, and ready for use.
• Assist with winter maintenance, spring prep, and snow removal as needed.
