Job summary

Concert Golf Partners seeks an Assistant Equipment Technician to join its golf course maintenance team in a hands-on role. You will assist in maintaining, repairing, and servicing equipment used in daily golf course operations in an outdoor, fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license. This position emphasizes safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with golf course maintenance equipment is preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair golf course equipment including reel and rotary mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, sprayers and spreaders, and small engine equipment (trimmers, blowers, chainsaws).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance such as oil and filter changes, lubrication, tire repair, hydraulic inspections, and battery maintenance.
• Assist with reel grinding, bedknife adjustments, and mower setup.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Keep the equipment maintenance facility clean, organized and safe.
• Assist with equipment inventory and parts management.
• Ensure equipment meets safety standards and operates efficiently; communicate issues to the Equipment Manager and Superintendent.
