Job summary

Dtelandscape is looking for a dedicated Turf Maintenance Equipment Operator for our operations in Naples, Florida. You will operate various maintenance equipment, perform regular mowing, and assist with overall course care.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in landscaping and turf maintenance, possesses strong attention to detail, and can work in diverse weather conditions. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating landscape or turf maintenance equipment.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate golf course maintenance equipment such as mowers and utility vehicles.
• Perform daily mowing of greens, tees, and fairways as assigned.
• Support tournament setup and seasonal course preparation.
