Job summary

Royal Poinciana Golf Club seeks Golf Course Equipment Operators to maintain turf and grounds at a private, member-owned facility in Naples, FL. You will operate small equipment, assist with course setup and ensure daily readiness for play while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role is full-time, year-round, hourly, non-exempt, with overtime eligible. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, training opportunities and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Prior golf and country club experience preferred.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assists in care and maintenance of turf, plants, shrubs and trees.
• Operates smaller equipment and hand tools as directed by supervisor.
• Prepares course for membership play and tournament conditions daily.
• Keeps tools and equipment clean, greased, fueled and returned to designated areas.
• Reports equipment malfunctions to Equipment Manager or Supervisor.
