Job summary

Quail West Foundation Inc in Naples, FL is seeking an Equipment Operator 1 to maintain our private golf course and facilities. This is a full-time hourly position with duties including operating mower, tractor, and loader, and contributing to daily maintenance goals.

You will follow safety rules, support training, and help coach staff while ensuring high-quality grounds and equipment care.

Responsibilities

• Operates a walk or riding mower to cut grass on and around the golf course.
• Operates tractor to haul materials and fertilize grounds.
• Operates loader to move materials, such as dirt or sand, from one area to another.
• Responsible for current goals and objectives of department and accurate implementation of daily work objectives.
• Will energetically support all training activities with this department to ensure consistency throughout multi-course operation.
• Will assist in training, supporting, and coaching all activities of the staff.
• Will perform all duties of Equipment Operator 1 with excellence but not be limited to these tasks.
• Will perform all duties in a safe operating manner while wearing all required safety equipment.
