Job summary

The Club at Quail Ridge in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated equipment operator for the golf course. The role involves operating a range of turf maintenance machines to keep greens, tees, and surrounding areas in top condition, and supporting daily course operations.

You will rake sand traps, aerify greens, verticut tees and greens, and drive utility vehicles while performing basic maintenance and reporting any equipment issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Walk extensively or sit/stand as required.
• Minimum 3 years experience operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mows greens, tees, collars, and other areas not accessible with gang mowers.
• Rakes sand traps with power rakes; aerifies greens; verticuts tees and greens.
• Operates sod cutter, top dresser, walk mowers, weed eaters, flymo, chainsaw and loader.
• Drives dump truck; reports equipment problems; basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Keep golf course greens in pristine condition for members and guests.
• Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned as needed.
