Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Equipment Operator to support golf course maintenance and construction. You will operate machinery, assist with groundskeeping tasks, and help maintain the course to high standards in an outdoor setting.

Responsibilities include daily equipment inspections, fueling and cleaning gear, and assisting with bunker prep, watering, and grounding work. A minimum of 1 year operating golf course equipment is required, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating equipment in golf course or landscaping environments.
• Hands-on experience with golf course maintenance equipment and parts/supplies needed for upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to mow golf course areas including greens, slopes, collars, roughs, tees.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checklists.
• Wash, fuel, and store equipment in designated areas after use.
• Keep equipment and tools out of play area and minimize noise for golfers.
• Prepare sand bunkers using appropriate equipment and procedures.
• Water and fertilize greens, tees, fairways, and roughs as instructed.
• Grade/prepare soil beds, lay sod, plant vegetation, and seed putting greens, tees, and fairways.
• Change cups on greens and move tee markers as directed.
• Maintain ball washers, water coolers, hazards, and bunkers; keep areas clean.
