Job summary

Quail West is seeking a Grounds Operator 1 for its private golf and country club in Naples, FL. This full-time hourly role pays $18/hour, with a schedule Monday–Friday 5:45am–2:15pm and one weekend per month.

You’ll handle daily grounds tasks and operate multiple mowing and trimming tools to maintain upscale community standards. Candidate should have a high school diploma, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate professionalism and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
• Demonstrated professionalism and leadership in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate grounds equipment (push/riding mower, trimmer, edger, blower, hedge trimmer).
• Perform daily maintenance and duties for a private upscale community.
• Follow safety rules and participate in department training.
