Job summary

The Broken Sound Club is seeking an Equipment Operator to support daily golf course maintenance at our Boca Raton facilities. You will run riding mowers, tractors, aerators, sprayers, and other turf equipment, ensuring high presentation standards and safe operation.

You will perform routine mowing, cultural practices, and assist with irrigation, bunkers, and course improvements while contributing to an exceptional experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with turf or golf course equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate riding mowers, tractors, sprayers, and other turf equipment daily.
• Perform mowing of greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and approaches as assigned.
• Assist with bunker maintenance, irrigation support, and course cleanup.
• Maintain equipment logs and report malfunctions.
