Job summary

Bay Colony Golf Club seeks an Equipment Operator to perform golf course maintenance and construction project work, supporting course readiness and safety.

This full-time role requires operating greens and tee mowers, hand edging equipment, and utility vehicles, plus planting beds and keeping all areas clean while following safety rules.

Experience on a golf course is a plus; field experience preferred with knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety practices for tractors and mowers.

Qualifications

• Field experience in a similar capacity preferred.
• Experience on a golf course is a plus.
• Knowledge of procedures, safety rules, tools, methods, and materials used for golf course maintenance and construction.
• Safe operation and servicing of tractors and mowers.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including greens mowers and tee mowers for mowing, rolling and v-cutting.
• Operate hand edging equipment.
• Operate utility vehicles for transporting equipment on course.
• Plant and weed ornamental beds.
• Keep all areas including shop and equipment clean.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
