Riverton Pointe Golf & Country Club in Hardeeville, SC seeks a full-time Assistant Mechanic to maintain golf course equipment under Troon management. You will overhaul and repair maintenance vehicles, mowing gear, and related power equipment, ensuring safe operation and timely service.

Ideal candidates have a college/technical certificate, at least 2 years of small-engine experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a college or technical school certificate.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with small engine repairs and maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Overhauls and repairs maintenance vehicles, mowing equipment and other power equipment.
• Lubricates and services all equipment.
• Inspects equipment for operating deficiencies and makes routine adjustments.
• Maintains up-to-date understanding of hydraulic systems, repairs and their components.
• Inspects, changes and repairs tires.
• Assists in controlling tool access and use by maintenance staff.
• Cleans working areas after repair work is completed.
