Riverton Pointe Golf & Country Club in Hardeeville, SC is hiring a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Engineer to maintain the clubhouse and recreational spaces. You will perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections, coordinating with management and outside vendors as needed.

The ideal candidate has general facilities maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing daily tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, general repairs, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs, inspection checklists, and work-order systems preferred.
• Ability to recognize maintenance issues and determine when qualified professional service is required.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage multiple assignments.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the clubhouse, common areas, and associated facilities.
• Address basic plumbing issues, including leaking faucets, running toilets, clogged drains, and other minor repairs.
• Inspect doors, locks, hinges, windows, flooring, furniture, fixtures, and building components for damage or deterioration.
• Respond to maintenance requests submitted by management and other departments in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checklists for safety and reliability.
• Coordinate with management and qualified service vendors for specialized repairs.
