Job summary

Duininck Golf, a national leader in golf course construction, is seeking a Labor/Operator for seasonal, full-time work. The role involves performing general construction tasks and operating small equipment across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or golf course work preferred.
• Physically able to perform strenuous labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel across the United States for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks such as shoveling, raking, trenching, and grading.
• Operate small equipment (e.g., mini skid steers, walk-behind trenchers, compactors, tractors, sod cutters) safely and effectively.
• Assist with installation of drainage, irrigation, bunkers, turf, and other golf course features.
• Follow detailed layout instructions and grading specifications under supervision.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies at the job site.
• Maintain and inspect equipment; report issues to supervisor.
