Job summary

Duininck Golf is seeking a Labor/Operator for golf course construction. This seasonal, full-time role includes operating small equipment such as skid steers and trenchers, performing general construction tasks, and assisting with drainage, irrigation, and turf installations.

Travel across the United States is required with company-provided housing or per diem and a strong benefits package. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at a demanding pace, typically 60 hours/week, Monday through

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to perform strenuous labor.
• Must be able to travel for extended periods across the United States.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or golf course work preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks such as shoveling, raking, trenching, and grading.
• Operate small equipment safely and effectively; maintain awareness of surroundings.
• Assist with installation of drainage, irrigation, bunkers, turf, and other golf course features.
• Follow layout instructions and grading specifications under supervision.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies at the job site.
• Maintain and inspect equipment; report needed service to supervisor.
• Collaborate with team to support project progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE.
