Duininck Golf is seeking a Labor/Operator for golf course construction. This seasonal, full-time role involves physical labor and operating small equipment across sites in the United States, including trenching, grading, and turf installations.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or golf course work preferred.
• Ability to operate small construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks (shoveling, raking, trenching, grading).
• Operate small equipment safely and effectively; monitor surroundings and utilities.
• Assist with drainage, irrigation, bunkers, turf installations.
• Follow layout instructions and grading specifications under supervision.
• Load/unload materials and supplies at the job site.
• Maintain and inspect equipment; report damage or service needs.
