Job summary

Duininck Golf is seeking a Labor/Operator for golf course construction. This seasonal, full-time role involves physical labor and safe operation of small equipment across projects nationwide in the United States.

The position requires traveling for extended periods, having reliable transportation to job sites, and a willingness to work a long week. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel across the United States.
• Willing to perform physically demanding labor.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or golf course work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks such as shoveling, raking, trenching, and grading.
• Operate small equipment safely and effectively; maintain awareness of surroundings.
• Assist with installation of drainage, irrigation, bunkers, turf, and other golf course features.
• Follow layout instructions and grading specifications under supervision.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies at the job site.
• Maintain and inspect equipment before and after use; report issues to supervision.
• Support project progress by collaborating with the team.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
