Duininck Golf seeks a Labor/Operator for Golf Course Construction. This seasonal, full-time role supports construction projects, performing general tasks and operating small equipment on site, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or golf course work preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous labor.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks such as shoveling, raking, trenching, and grading.
• Operate small equipment safely and effectively; maintain situational awareness.
• Assist with installation of drainage, irrigation, bunkers, turf, and other features.
• Follow layout instructions and grading specs under supervision.
• Load/unload materials and tools; report damage or maintenance needs.
• Support project progress by collaborating with the team.
• Observe safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
