Job summary

PGA TOUR, Inc is seeking an Outside Operations Staff member at TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm in Potomac, MD. The role focuses on greeting members and guests and ensuring a smooth golfing experience, including cart management and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities include assisting players and guests, maintaining golf carts, and supporting the practice facility, with a strong emphasis on service and safety in an active, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably at a country club or similar environment.
• Ability to greet and assist members and guests in a courteous, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist PGA TOUR players, members and guests with golfing needs.
• Greet and welcome members and guests at opening and closing.
• Pull cars from the car facility and load bags onto carts.
• Drive golf carts to staging areas and ensure proper cart maintenance.
• Provide clean, stocked golf cars with towels, scorecards, pencils and divot materials.
• Wash and refill supplies in golf cars after use.
• Charge golf cars at the end of the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the Golf Car Facility and record service data.
• Support practice facility operations and range ball management.
• Assist guests as they depart and ensure clubs are cleaned and returned to vehicles.
• Collaborate with Golf Shop staff to enforce club rules and dress/beverage policies.
