Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, TX is seeking a Golf Range Attendant to maintain the driving range and practice facilities while delivering top-notch guest service. You will prep stations, restock balls, and assist with general golf operations in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Ideal candidates are 16+, have a valid driver’s license, and can work weekends and holidays. Experience in golf or hospitality is a plus, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no moving violations within the previous three years.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as business levels require.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the driving range, short game areas, and practice facilities to resort standards.
• Collect, wash, sort, and restock golf balls throughout the day to ensure adequate inventory.
• Set up and replenish practice stations, including tees, bag stands, caddies, and ball pyramids.
• Keep practice areas clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
• Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
• Assist with bag handling and club cleaning as needed.
• Walk practice areas to assist golfers and maintain service standards.
