Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Manage tee time reservations, golf check-in, and daily play schedules.
• Answer phone calls, provide course information, and respond to inquiries.
• Process retail and golf-related transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the golf shop.
• Maintain merchandise displays and shop cleanliness.
• Receive, organize, and replenish inventory as needed.
• Support golf tournaments, member events, and special outings.
• Coordinate with Golf Operations staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Promote merchandise and resort offerings to members and guests.
• Maintain accurate cash-handling records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Golf Operations leadership.

Position Summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a professional, customer-focused Golf Shop Associate to support daily golf operations at the prestigious Cap Rock Clubhouse. This role serves as a primary point of contact for members and guests, assisting with tee time reservations, golfer check-in, retail sales, tournament support, and overall golf shop operations.

Key Responsibilities
