GOLFTEC Jacksonville is seeking Certified Personal Coaches to join a nationwide team of golf industry professionals. You will complete GOLFTEC University training, learn from top instructors, and utilize TECFIT, Optimotion, and TECSWING technology to guide players to better swings and scores.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to deliver personalized instruction for golfers of all levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Affiliation with PGA/LPGA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Use advanced technology to help players improve.
• Provide services including TECFIT Club Fitting and lessons.
• Deliver a high-quality experience inside and outside training bays.
• Maintain training center environment and equipment.
