You will participate in GOLFTEC University training and work with advanced technology to deliver data‑driven feedback and personalized instruction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and ongoing education while supporting a high‑quality experience for students both in training bays and during on‑course sessions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Affiliation with PGA/LPGA is a plus and PGA/LPGA involvement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University, GOLFTEC’s comprehensive training program.
• Utilize technology to help players improve their golf performance.
• Provide personalized lessons, including TECFIT club fitting and on-course instruction.
• Create a high‑quality experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Maintain equipment and the Training Center environment daily.
