Invited Clubs in Overland Park, Kansas seeks a Player Development Professional to deliver high-quality golf instruction, build member relationships, and lead coaching programs. Responsibilities include swing assessments, lessons, and clinics, plus playing with members to boost engagement and retention.

A passion for golf and strong communication are essential for success. Preferred PGA/LPGA certification and experience in golf instruction; professionalism and safety are valued in a vibrant club

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; PGA/LPGA certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Passion for golf and helping others improve; ability to motivate players of all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and player development, including swing assessments, lessons, clinics, and events.
• Play golf with a group of members to encourage participation and retention.
• Enhance performance through customized instruction and club fitting.
• Plan and run junior, adult, beginner, and social coaching programs; drive new member growth.
• Organize outreach events to activate members and attract new golfers.
