You will lead maintenance programs, supervise staff and contractors, control budgets, and collaborate with leadership, F&B, and golf operations to deliver reliable facilities.

This full-time role requires a related degree and several years of facilities management experience in hospitality or luxury services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury settings.
• Experience managing building systems, maintenance programs, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of the clubhouse and related facilities.
• Source, negotiate, and manage service contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA requirements; lead safety programs.
• Prepare and manage facility maintenance and capital expenditure budgets; monitor expenses.
• Coordinate facility support for events and member/guest experiences; supervise staff and contractors.
