Job summary

Century-Golf-Partners-1 is hiring a Clubhouse Facilities Crew Member for Wood Ranch Golf Club in Simi Valley, CA. You will maintain and repair clubhouse spaces, including kitchens and restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for daily use and events.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, adherence to safety standards, and ability to work in a team while also handling independent tasks. Weekend/holiday availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years in facilities/maintenance.
• Experience with hand and power tools, basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition, cleanliness, and readiness of clubhouse facilities, including pool areas, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Perform skilled maintenance tasks (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and repairs; paint and restore surfaces as needed.
• Clean and sanitize interior and exterior spaces; meet health department standards.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of events and pool operations; monitor equipment and coordinate with vendors.
• Enforce club safety policies and follow Health Department guidelines.
