Job summary

Fox Hill Club is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to maintain the club’s buildings and grounds, oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool and custodial operations, and liaise with vendors. This full-time role requires shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a strong teamwork mindset.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage maintenance staff, supervise contracts, monitor safety compliance, and protect member experiences through proactive facility management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities management.
• Private Club experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance of Club buildings including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custodial, security and kitchen equipment.
• Maintains club facilities and records, coordinates maintenance schedules and testing.
• Oversees custodial/housekeeping needs and ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Administers vendor programs, obtains bids, and supervises contractors.
• Implements procedures for handling hazardous materials and MSDS management.
• Reports to General Manager with regular project status updates.
