• Manage workflow for customer services and turn-around times.
• Promote warranty, Scorecard, and private label programs.
• Maintain golf service inventory and organize work orders.
• Deliver high level of customer service in the golf area.
• Maintain product presentation and inventory levels on the sales floor.
