Qualifications

• 1-2 years of club fitting, loft/lie adjustment and/or re-gripping experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15–35 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Performs golf club repairs, including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments.
• Performs club fitting and performance modifications with fitting equipment and recommends products/services.
• Manages workflow for all customer services with turnaround times to meet customer needs.
• Promotes company programs and maintains inventory for golf service supply.
• Completes, organizes and stores all customers’ work orders and provides high-level customer service.
