Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs occasionally.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Able to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Perform golf club repairs, including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments.
• Conduct club fitting and performance modifications using fitting equipment.
• Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs.
• Manage workflow for customer services and established turnaround times.
• Organize and complete customers’ work orders and keep shops orderly.
• Maintain golf service inventory and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
