Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking store teammates to deliver exceptional customer service in the golf services area. You will assist athletes, guide them to the best fitting and repair services, and recommend equipment tailored to individual needs.

As a teammate, you will contribute to a welcoming, safe in-store environment while maintaining presentation standards and participating in team goals. Experience in golf retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Golf fitting experience preferred.
• Associates degree or technical diploma in the Golf industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust by using diplomacy and tact.
• Directs athletes to the golf services area that best meets their needs.
• Educates customers on club fittings and repair services to maximize sales.
• Makes equipment recommendations tailored to the customer.
