Job summary

Tripoli Country Club in Brown Deer, WI is seeking a motivated Server to provide attentive hospitality in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, describe daily specials, take orders, and ensure timely delivery with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English to perform duties.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to guests and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers dishes promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests; maintains organized workstation and side work duties.
• Sets up and breaks down golf stations each shift and handles cash and POS transactions.
