Job summary

Green Bay Country Club in Green Bay, WI is seeking friendly, energetic Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. Training is provided and no prior experience is required for the right candidate.

This seasonal role offers flexible scheduling, a beautiful club setting, and the chance to earn tips in a team-oriented environment while supporting weddings, tournaments, and events.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• ServeSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain with club support.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to members and guests in dining rooms, patios, and at events.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Build relationships with members by creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Learn menu offerings and provide recommendations.
• Process member accounts and payments using the POS system.
• Assist with weddings, tournaments, member events, and other special occasions.
• Work closely with a supportive team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
