Job summary

Tripoli Country Club in Brown Deer, WI is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver exceptional service to members and guests. Responsibilities include stocking and serving alcoholic beverages, handling cash and POS transactions, and supporting inventory control in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of bartending experience or training. Candidates must be 21 or older to comply with state alcohol laws and may be required to complete

Alcohol awareness training preferred.

Responsibilities

Stock bar, mix and serve beverages, assist in cost control and inventory.
Maintain inventory records and communicate needs to management.
Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
Communicate guest requests to the Department Manager.
Perform opening/closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, restocking.
Process checks and cash transactions using POS.
Review banquet schedules and events.
Serve catered parties from service or portable bars.
Occasionally serve meals to guests.
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
Perform other duties as required.
