Job summary

Twice in Seal Beach, CA seeks an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests. You will assist the golf operations team with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

You’ll stage and store golf carts, ensure they are clean and ready for play, answer questions, promote club events, and support other staff to create a seamless experience for all golfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Outdoor work with exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Attendance and weekend/holiday availability.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and inform guests about course conditions.
• Marshal carts in staging area and ensure maintenance and cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with necessary equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for smooth operations.
• Complete daily tasks and keep Golf Shop stocked and organized.
• Support management with additional tasks as assigned.
• Follow safety guidelines and club policies.
• Engage daily in required activities and seek personal/professional growth.
