Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding service to members and guests at the club. Responsibilities include bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

The role supports golf operations, stages carts, and ensures carts are clean, functional, and ready for use. Collaboration with golf staff is required to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices is preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Deliver post-round bag cleaning and club delivery to cars as needed.
• Promote club events and important information to enhance member/guest experiences.
• Marshal and maintain golf carts, ensuring cleanliness and readiness; report issues.
• Maintain cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities and nearby spaces.
• Set up practice areas with range balls and equipment for daily use.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments while upholding club standards.
